PATIENT/CLIENT In the more than six months that Troy Readinger was employed as an LPN/aide in caring for my husband, a dementia patient, who had been treated for rectal cancer and diagnosed with prostate cancer, he exhibited many traits which made him an invaluable employee. He was empathetic and sympathetic both to my husband and me. He continued to educate himself on aspects of my husband's condition as he became aware of them. He tended to my husband's needs always exhibiting " a happy face " and a willingness to do more than he was asked. He was responsible, caring and intelligent in his approach.
